MAYDAY are delighted to be looking for an experienced Credit Officer to work with an award-winning organisation who really make a difference through designing specialist solutions to provide, protect and replenish natural resources and preserve the environment.

This is a 6 month assignment with a strong possibility of being extended. This role is to start immediately but for the right person they can consider a notice period.

**In this role, you will**:

- Managing around 3000 SME debtor accounts, ensuring both
the timely collection of outstanding amounts and the
maintenance of outstanding debts at acceptable levels
- Develop and build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to support improved cash collections
- Investigate and ensure overdue premiums are monitored effectively
- Reconciliations with clients on their payments
- Experience in a similar Credit Officer role
- Experience with debt management and analysis
- Excel experience, ideally VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables
- Team player with the willingness to learn
- G-Suite & SAP experience desirable but not essential
