- 6 weeks Contract
- $36-$38 per hour + superannuation

**About the role**

Our client, a reputable leading business within their industry is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer (Mixture of AP/AR) to join their team

**Responsibilities**:
Accounts Receivable
- Daily processing of receipts
- Reconciliation of receipts to remittance advices provided by customers
- Liaising with customer service on any credit notes or reconciliation variances
- Reconciliation of eShop remittances

Accounts Payable
- Daily processing of supplier invoices
- Ensuring all invoices are approved by two authorisers within their delegation limits
- Uploading approved invoices within Sage300

Banking
- Preparation of weekly payment run
- Daily bank reconciliation

Month-end
- Reconciliation of AR, AP and Bank accounts

**The successful applicant will have the following**:

- Be enthusiastic and keen to learn
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to work well within a team
