Our client, a leading 3PL company is seeking an experienced **Day Shift Team Leader **to join their new facility in Kemps Creek ASAP

The role will involve managing the flow of freight to and from the warehouse, liaising with transport providers and customers, and leading the warehouse staff to meet daily order requirements.

**Key duties;**
- Working closely with the customer service team to meet shipment and customer requirements
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Providing logistics support for inbound and outbound shipments
- Ensuring all warehouse activities are carried out effectively
- Completing SOP documentation as necessary
- Driving safety practices
- Identifying areas for improvement, and reducing costs.

**About you;**
- +2 years' exp as a Team Leader in a similar environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven experience working with transport providers
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office)
- An understanding of P&L and contract logistics.
- Please note; you must be able to commit to fulltime working hours, Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm) and access to own transportation is required._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Team Leader: 2 years (preferred)
