Job Duties:
1. Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, manual handling, attending appointments, and household tasks,

2. Supporting clients in community participation and social activities,

3. Encouraging and promoting independence and self-determination,

4. Assess clients' needs and plans, and develop as well as implement educational, training, and support programs accordingly,

5. Interview clients and assess the nature and extent of their difficulties,

6. Monitors and reports on the progress of the client,

7. Building strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, guardians, and involved services,

8. Work collaboratively within a team,

9. Demonstrate person-centered care principles,

10. Managing administrative duties such as shift notes and reports, and

11. Managing emotions and challenging behaviors.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability Care, or individual support is required
- Altleast 2 to 3 years of relevant experience is needed
- Australian Citizens or Permanent Residence are highly preferable for this requirement.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
