**Your role**

Step into a role where your impact is profound As a Program Practitioner, you'll be at the forefront of delivering transformative group-based therapy for inmates. You'll co-facilitate intensive programs that tackle the root causes of substance abuse, sexual offenses, and violent crimes, guiding participants towards meaningful change. This is your chance to make a real difference in rehabilitation and recovery.

The town revolves around its delectable Licorice and Chocolate Factory. **What you’ll do**

You will guide participants through evidence-based interventions aimed at increasing their self-awareness, promoting personal accountability, and teaching practical skills for leading a crime-free life. By motivating inmates to change and providing them with the tools needed for rehabilitation, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing community safety and reducing re-offending rates.

**What we’re looking for**
- Demonstrated expertise in facilitating group treatments for adults from diverse backgrounds, including those with complex needs.
- Proven experience in delivering evidence-based interventions, particularly in challenging environments.
- Strong capability in managing challenging behaviours, along with an understanding of functional behaviour assessments.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, especially in offender management contexts where independent professional judgment is required.
- Knowledge of contemporary correctional practices and issues related to assessment, case management, intervention, and behavioural change, particularly with sexual, violent, or substance-abuse-related behaviours.
- Familiarity with administering and interpreting offender risk and criminogenic need assessments.
