**Your role**

Step into a rewarding role as a Case Management Officer and make a tangible impact on inmate rehabilitation and community safety

You'll leverage evidence-based practices to manage a diverse caseload of inmates, addressing their unique risks and needs.

Your work will be pivotal in maximising intervention opportunities and driving down reoffending rates.

**What you’ll do**
- Develop and update personalised case plans with targeted goals to minimise reoffending
- Deliver a range of case management services tailored to each inmate’s needs
- Ensure compliance with legislation, policy, and procedures in all case management activities.

**What we’re looking for**
- A proactive and dedicated individual with a background in social work or experience working with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviours
- Someone with a positive mindset who is naturally resilient and able to build strong, constructive relationships within a multidisciplinary team setting.
