Customer Service Responsibilities:

- Liaise with all sales reps regarding transactions
- Answer all incoming calls and inquiries
- Send all corresponding invoices to customers’ requests
- Invoicing of packing slips from production
- Data entry
- Printing run sheets
- Collating all packing slips and filing away of previous days
- Charging of credit cards for orders dispatched within the customers’ requirements
- Liaise with the dispatch manager regarding customers’ requirements
- Solve problems and communicate any issues or delays during the shift
- 2 - 3 years experience in customer service and order processing roles;
- Excellent communications skills, particularly over the phone;
- Proactivity
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
