Training Coordinator

We're a growing software company in the aviation industry, and we're seeking a Training Coordinator with experience educating mature-age students. This role offers the opportunity to develop and deliver training content that helps our users get the most out of our aviation applications.

Your Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development of video tutorials and online user guides
  • Develop lesson plans and training modules for our users
  • Onboard new customers and users to our software
  • One on one remote training with users
  • Coordinating with our product managers for advanced training to users
  • Profile customers and users and assign lesson plans/training modules.
Other Responsibilities (as needed)
  • Occasional QA testing of our applications
  • Provide customer support to assist users and gather feedback
What We're Looking For

Essential skills & experience:

  • Experience educating mature-age students
  • General to advanced proficiency with computers and software tools

Bonus points for experience with:

  • Onboarding customers or users
  • Online documentation tools

  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to apply feedback constructively
  • A collaborative mindset and initiative to grow within a small but ambitious team
