**About the Position**
ALS Environmental in Newcastle is seeking a full time
This position offers excellent career development opportunities. A laboratory administration or science background is preferred, but not essential. If you enjoy the challenge of a high volume and dynamic environment and are keen to learn, this role may be for you.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving, sorting and registering samples and recording analysis requirements
- Liaising with clients regarding sample submissions and related queries
- Packing, labelling and distributing samples
- Maintaining sample storage and disposal by following safe work practices

- Positive and responsive with a customer focus to deliver professional and quality service.
- A positive work attitude and a great team player
- Confident communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills and ability to reorganise priorities quickly
