The Inclusive Education Division delivers the departments inclusive education agenda to enable students with disability and additional needs to thrive at school and in life. The division supports schools to create safe and inclusive environments for all students to participate, learn, develop and succeed.

The Inclusive Education Professional Practice Branch (IEPP) builds the capability of regional and school-based staff to implement improved inclusive education frameworks, interventions and practices by:

- focusing direction on the development of an organisational culture that establishes and sustains a consistent and supportive school environment for all students
- cultivating collaboration to inform, develop and support inclusive education practices that recognise the unique characteristics of Victoria's education system and meet local demands
- providing a practical model of tiered intervention support where leaders and education professionals can identify the capability required to build a learner's cognitive, emotional and social capabilities
- deepening professional learning to build teacher knowledge, capabilities and attitudes to improve the educational outcomes for all students.

**About the Role**

The Project Officer role will play a key role in supporting the successful adoption of a new IT platform used across the education system. Working closely with the Change Manager the role will be responsible for turning change strategies into practical activities that focus on preparing a range of stakeholders for the new platform. The role will involve developing and delivering training programs, facilitating workshops, gathering feedback and providing direct support to ensure a smooth transition and maximise acceptance.

This role is critical for bridging the gap between technical system development and successful human adoption, ensuring that the implementation of the IT platform yields the expected benefits through effective user engagement and proficiency.

The Project Officer will be responsible for:

- Collaborate with the Change Manager and project team to understand the new platform functionality and user impacts
- Design, develop, and update comprehensive training materials, including online reference guides, presentations and webinars for different stakeholder groups
- Deliver engaging online training sessions to diverse stakeholders and facilitate workshops to address specific user needs
- Support change champions and peer-to-peer networks with their local adoption activities
- Provide ongoing support to end-users' post implementation for platform-related queries and training
- Contribute to the development of communication materials
- Monitor user adoption and identify areas where additional training and support is required
