Seeking an experienced AP/AR professional to join a national finance team and excellent business culture.

The office is located in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne and the team onsite offer a great family feel working culture.

**Your new role**
This role reports to the GM on site in Victoria as well as the Financial Accountant in the NSW based parent entity.
Duties will include but not limited too;
- Accounts Payable end to end processing of invoices
- Payment runs
- Ensuring invoices are allocated to the correct GL Account
- Maintain and update vendor/ supplier details
- Reconciliations; Credit card, banking, Accounts
- Employee expense claims
- Accounts Receivable end to end
- Allocations, receipting, customer queries
- Credit control, credit checks and limit enforcing
- Collections (approx. 80 customers and $2.5m Ledger)
- Aged debtors reporting
- Adhoc administration

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this position you will have;
- 2+ years demonstrated experience in an Accounts officer role or similar
- Strong understanding of both AP and AR end to end
- Systems savvy and intermediate excel skills (Vlookup and Pivot tables)
- Able to work autonomously and work to deadlines
- Great communications skills
