**The role**
- Responsible for end-to-end customer management repair cycle, booking, updating and general point of contact
- Liase with centralised key functions, suppliers and assessors
- Timely and accurate maintenance of records
- General reception and office management duties
- Provide and promote a strong service culture, responding effectively to clients and supporting the production team.
**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver professional and efficient service to customers, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Proficient computer skills.

Pay: $47,421.80 - $84,165.31 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
