Civil Plumbing Supervisors - Toowoomba

Protech are currently recruiting for Permanent Roles to work with a privately-owned Australian company, who look after the full spectrum of design and construction services for civil, essential services (water and sewer) and commercial sectors.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Immediate start
- Work with a family oriented company
- Salary negotiated on experience (To be discussed with Protech)
- Monday - Friday, work up to 10.5 hours per day
- Local Toowoomba work with some mínimal work away at times

KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage, motivate and mentor a diverse team
- Coordinating and supervising plumbing projects
- Interpret plans, drawings and specification
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining quality standards to deliver projects on time
- Lead a team of plumbers, operators and labourers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all earthworks activities

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Construction White Card
- A trade qualification as a Plumber / Drainer, and a valid QLD Plumbing licence
- Minimum 5 years civil construction experience (preferred)
