
Safe Moves Program Co-ordinator

In this role, based in Richmond and working across all Epworth sites you will be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of the Safe Moves training program, via formal, online or facilitated sessions to Epworth HealthCare clinical employees.
Along with the successful program delivery and evaluation you will have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement of the Safe Moves program by leading a Safety 2 approach to managing safety in the organisation by facilitating a series of translational simulation activities across each site to identify contributing areas of success and areas of potential risks.
You will be part of the dynamic Save Moves Team working alongside the Epworth Clinical Education and Simulation team and report to the Director of Clinical Education and Simulation Services.
**To be successful in this role**
You will drive quality and safety within the hospital through education, training, workshops, seminars, and clinical support to aid staff development to improve patient outcomes.
You will have:
- A minimum of four years’ experience in healthcare.
- Demonstrated ability to work strongly with dynamic and diverse teams.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Highly developed communication & interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and achieve outcomes.
- High level of self-motivation, accountability, and ability to work within agreed parameters.
- Previous education / facilitation experience is desirable, though not essential.

**Qualifications**:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse / Allied Health Professional
- Relevant Postgraduate qualification (or working towards).
