As a member of the Capability Team the Learning and Development Coordinator will support the development of individual and collective capability by developing and delivering:

- The Learning and Development (L&D) Action Plan.
- Treasury’s Leadership and Management programs.
- Treasury’s Graduate Development Program.
- Corporately managed Learning and Development programs including the Compliance Training Program (CTP).
- Treasury’s Rewards and Recognition Framework.
- Management of L&D programs in the Treasury’s Learning Management System (LMS) Treasury Learning.
- Treasury’s Studies Assistance Program.

As an experienced professional with a proven track record in the development and delivery of corporate L&D programs and innovation in leadership and management program delivery, as Learning and Development Coordinator you will:

- Contribute to the identification of Treasury’s learning needs in accordance with the Corporate Plan, the Workforce Strategy and operational plans.
- Assist in the development, implementation, evaluation and effective communication of the L&D Action Plan including identification of process improvements to automate and streamline L&D processes.
- Administer, troubleshoot and maintain Treasury’s Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring effective management of Treasury’s L&D offerings, including systematic and accurate capturing and reporting of L&D data.
- Develop, implement and maintain governance processes to support the effective use of the LMS to capture, record and report on L&D across Treasury.
- Manage procurement for L&D contracts and ensure all financial requirements and obligations are met.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of Treasury’s suite of L&D programs and development initiatives, including those delivered in partnership with third party providers.
- Coordinate Treasury’s Reward and Recognition nomination process (twice per annum) and.study assistance, including postgraduate study awards.
- Contribute to a contemporary approach to capability development based on research and HR best practice.

**Desirable Qualifications / Experience**:

- Experience administering an LMS to effectively support the delivery of L&D
- Experience in the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of courses (eLearning or in person programs)
- Ability to identify L&D solutions (platforms, tools, programs or systems) to address capability needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Qualifications or certification in relevant HR discipline, including in L&D, program design, training and assessment would be well regarded.
