**About our Opportunity**
In addition, you’ll:
- proactively follow up on customer quotations to establish if any further information is required
- place orders into our CRM system and convert & schedule in orders
- arrange maintenance/ service requests
- assist colleagues with other general admin duties as required
**About you**
We’re looking to leverage your customer service and/or administrative experience, along with a keenness to learn and to work as part of a collaborative team. You will be a well organised team player who contributes to a positive work environment, who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service and who appreciates the importance of getting the details right when processing administration.
You will have:
- windows or building experience, advantageous
- competency in using MS Office Suite
- ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house CRM system
- excellent interpersonal & communication skills, a strong work ethic
- ability to multitask & manage time effectively
- excellent attention to detail
We will provide you with the required training and you will enjoy continued support from experienced team. Once you have completed your initial training and are confident in the role, you will have the option of working from home for two days per week.

**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, core business hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm however we can offer flexible start and finish times.
