**Customer Success Manager** to be responsible for delivering their suite of services and tools to their clients and to manage top accounts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Leading relationships with assigned clients to ensure increasing adoption, solid retention, and 1st class client satisfaction.
- Work with clients to establish critical goals or other key performance indicators, and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
- Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.
- Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
- Ensure that customers’ onboarding runs smoothly, training clients on systems usage.
