**About the role**:
This is a full-time 6-month contract opportunity located in Wyong NSW. Starting base annual salary of $79,823 to $87,169 negotiable based on experience, plus super, plus access to generous salary packaging options.

**About the opportunity**:

As a Youth Caseworker in our Doorways Program, you’ll be the heart behind that hope - walking alongside vulnerable youth, supporting their transition from uncertainty to stability, and championing their dreams.
This is more than just a job. It’s a chance to stand up for young people experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. You’ll support 18-24-year-olds in accessing private rentals through the Youth Rent Choice subsidy, while empowering them to find their feet in employment, education, and community life.
- Build trusting relationships with young people and help them navigate life’s challenges.
- Support them into stable housing and sustainable independence.
- Be their advocate, mentor, and strongest supporter as they build confidence, skills, and hope.
- Work with a passionate, like-minded team to drive change that matters - both on an individual and community level.

Your Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma of Community Services or related field
- 2 + years’ experience supporting vulnerable young people and/or families in a casework setting
- A commitment to working respectfully with people from all backgrounds
- A creative, collaborative spirit and the ability to work flexibly and independently
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Current driver’s licence and current NSW WWCC
