The Appliance Guys are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join the team.

As the Customer Service Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring our clients experience quality service in a timely manner. This role will own the work flow internally to manage the post sales cycle and help the team deliver jobs seamlessly.

**Here are the key aspects of this role**:

- Track and manage all live jobs to ensure they are running as per program.
- Work with key stakeholders to resolve any delays and issues.
- Escalate product backorders with relevant team members and work on providing solutions for our clients.
- Monitor, action and escalated warranty jobs and liaise with customers.
- Help support sales team with the follow up of quotes, bookings and or invoice discrepancies.

**Qualifications/requirements**
- 3-5+ Years experience managing a customer service team.
- Appliance background is preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a focus on prioritisation and multitasking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and resolve client issues effectively and diplomatically.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets and client satisfaction goals.
- Previous experience in SimPro, Helpscout, CRM, and Google Suite (Preferred, not necessary)

This role will provide you with an opportunity to work with all key stakeholders in the business and place your stamp on the business.

Package: $65-75K

Hours: Mon
- Friday 8AM-4PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
