**The Opportunity**

**The Role**

This role would suit to an Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Consultant ready to step up and manage their own portfolio of 100 properties to begin with.

You will love to work autonomously and find it easy to manage your time on a clean portfolio with amicable, hand-picked landlords and tenants.

Lots support from the Team Leaders and Department Manager, Leasing and Administration, Property Marketing, Virtual Assistants and Assistant PM to handle property condition reports, routines, repairs, and maintenance.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Routine Inspections
- OFIs
- Condition reports
- Entry & Final Inspections
- Client Management - Landlord
- Portfolio management
- Repairs and maintenance
- Arrears

**About You**
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current Police Check
- Australian Driver's License
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Consultant
- Reliable and presentable Vehicle
- Strong Communication Skills
- Neat and tidy personal presentation
- Local area knowledge will be an advantage
