**The Role**: As Project Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Change Program, ensuring the smooth delivery of key recommendations outlined in a Best Practice Review. Reporting to the Program Manager, Culture Change, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the development, implementation, and monitoring of project plans and progress.
- Documenting policies and procedures to support employee understanding and compliance.
- Coordinating project initiatives, including planning and performance evaluation processes.
- Identifying and evaluating risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Resolving operational problems and assisting in the development and implementation of initiatives.
- Coordinating the implementation of policies, practices, and procedures related to the project.
- Preparing reports, submissions, and briefings on program matters.
- Participating in designated project and change activities.
- Supporting required training and tracking implementation progress.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in managing program information using various system tools, including MS Office Suite and Teams.
- Ability to make good decisions based on analysis and sound judgment.
- Supports a culture of achievement, strives for quality outcomes, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Undergo pre-employment checks, including criminal history and probity checks.
