FUJIFILM MicroChannel is on the look out for an L2 Technical Consultant to join our rapidly expanding shared services team. Our Artarmon office is looking for a mid-level IT infrastructure consultant to provide guidance to our small to medium sized customers.

**About the Role**
Armed with extensive knowledge in Microsoft technologies, the Technical Consultant (Level 2) - will join our Sydney operations to demonstrate exemplary communication skills, ensuring that customers receive clear guidance throughout their desktop, server support journey of our small to mid-sized accounts.

As you thrive in our collaborative work culture, you will play an integral role in bolstering our company's reputation for delivering top-notch customer support to FUJIFILM MicroChannel's valued clients.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide desktop, server support to FUJIFILM MicroChannel clients.
- Attend to level 2 cases. Level 1 cases will also be attended when needed.
- Troubleshoot cloud, network, and server problems.
- Update and document changes to clients.
- Communicate effectively with managers and other team members, ensuring they always have a clear understanding of technical issues and their resolutions.
- Follow company processes, industry best practices, and internal procedures.
- Deliver IT projects.
- Provide recommendations for clients and their systems.
- Conduct and managed scheduled maintenance for clients.

**What You Need to Succeed**
- Experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and deploying Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems.
- Experience in Microsoft base infrastructure Azure.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (2012 or higher)
- Competent with DNS, internet, routing, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience in Firewall technologies
- Experience with server virtualization e.g. Hyper-V, VMware, Citrix etc.,
- Experience with Veeam backup and replication.
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
