Newly created role to support regional (APAC) growth for a global electrical hardware manufacturer to support their inventory, account management, sourcing and purchasing function for an experienced and competent administrative professional.
Experience and/or qualifications in business, Shipping administration, purchasing, inventory or similar discipline is preferred for a role that will need great attention to detail, proficiency across multiple technology solutions (Salesforce/Oracle/MS Office) or sim, and fast and accurate keyboard skills with strength with numeric data entry essential for a role that will work across the business working collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders.
An open, flexible and collaborative attitude will be essential qualities to be successful in this role. Great attention to detail executing your especially important responsibility as part of numerous and complex business processes liaising with multiple internal international entities is critical in ensuring compliance standards are met. Flexibility and willingness to assist across the team, learn and quickly become the 'glue' that holds all processes together is your remit. previous experience working with a large/international manufacturing business would be a distinct advantage.
