Project Manager - Capital Works Client-side - Excellent rate up to $65-$80 per hour + Super - Initial 6 months
**Your new company**
This is a unique opportunity to join a well-respected Government client based in the Northwest. Assist with the planning and full end-to-end delivery of Capital Works projects, ranging from minor works of $30k to major works of up to $900k. You will be responsible for a combination of building and electrical projects, including BMS upgrades, UPS system upgrades, expansions, security upgrades, switchboards, fire safety, heating, and cooling.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Management and delivery of minor to major capital projects varying in value from $30k-$900k
- End-to-end projects through to the defects and liability periods to final handover
- Preparation of detailed documentations, project briefs and progress reports
- Undertaking strategic review of future works, consulting, and collaborating with key departmental areas across the organisation

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful, you will require:

- Ability to work on multiple projects (5-6) at any one time
- Autonomous, proactive, and able to juggle competing priorities while working with initiative
- Experience in a similar project management position (construction projects)
- Ability to coordinate projects in a live environment
