**About the Role**
As a **Team Coach**, you’ll be at the heart of our people development strategy—designing, delivering, and refining training programs that empower our teams to provide exceptional service to our members and clients. You’ll work closely with Team Leaders to uplift performance, embed best practices, and ensure our people are equipped to meet RG271 regulatory standards and service benchmarks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver targeted coaching and onboarding support for new starters and existing team members.
- Design and facilitate engaging training programs that build technical expertise and customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Manager to identify performance gaps and implement tailored learning solutions.
- Maintain and enhance training materials to meet compliance and risk requirements.
- Support cross-skilling initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide real-time support and technical guidance to resolve complex member complaints and escalations.Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives across the Claims function.
**What You’ll Bring**
- A coaching mindset with a genuine passion for developing others.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to drive change and uplift capability.
- Experience in adult learning principles and tailoring training to diverse learning styles.
- A collaborative and inclusive approach to stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience in APAC operations, insurance, or financial services (highly regarded).
- Detailed and Practical understanding of the RG271 FrameworkAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
