As a **Technical Demonstrator**, based in Eastern Creek Office, NSW**,** you will report to Business Manager and help increase sales and deliver maximum profitability by gaining additional sales of PPG products from targeted brands/customers as directed by the Business Development Manager. LI-Hybrid **Responsibilities**: - Ensure high post-sales satisfaction facilitating positive long-term relationships and for repeat business with customers by providing back-up support of PPG products and services. - Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing technical support to customers of PPG products and services. - Keep up to date with all products, process training and personal development as set by State Training Manager - Ensure feedback and results of demonstrations are passed on to the relevant Managers. - Ensure all demonstrations are documented and reported back to customer together with relevant Manager. - Undertake training activities for Distributors, Tafe and staff or other bodies - Participate in any field trials of new products. - Identify and grow opportunities within the market and collaborate with the relevant sales teams to ensure growth is achieved. - Win new and retaining existing business, demonstrating the benefits of using PPG over competitor brands, i.e. product, colour and value-added programs within your Territory. - Maintain and keep up-to-date records in Vantage Point or any other CRM system used by PPG, complete any other assigned PPG training before the due date. **Qualifications**: - Vehicle Painting Trade Certificate in the Refinish industry is necessary. - Use PPG products desirable but not necessary. - Previous sales experience dealing with competitor products an advantage. - Minimum 1 year of sound sales experience. - Current Driver’s License. - Vehicle spray painter license is a must-have. - Travel to regional areas of NSW/ACT which will include overnight or several night stays. **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** **We are "One PPG" to the world.** **We trust our people every day, in every way.** **We make it happen.** **We run it like we manage it.** **We do better today than yesterday - everyday.** PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
