The role will be well suited to someone with strong communication skills, who is trade qualified and has prior experience with automotive refinish or smash repairs.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure high post-sales satisfaction facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers by providing back-up support of PPG products & services
- Keep up to date with all products, process training and personal development as set by State Training Manager
- Ensure all demonstrations are documented and reported back to customer in conjunction with relevant Manager
- Assisting the NSW Team in winning new and retaining existing business, demonstrating the benefits of using PPG over competitor brands, i.e. product, colour and value-added programs & services within your Territory
- Contribute to ensuring that PPG meets EH&S regulations by adhering to guidelines & procedures for safe work practices & educating customers in the safe use of all PPG products and equipment

**Requirements**:

- Vehicle Painting Trade Certificate in the Refinish industry is essential
- Practical use of PPG products desirable but not necessary
- Previous experience with competitor products an advantage
- Sound sales experience
- A valid driver's license is essential
- This position does require travel to regional areas of NSW which will include overnight and or several night stays
