**Role**

This role would require you to successfully manage a team of field service technicians. Demonstrate practical experience in hospital or clinical infrastructures and onsite installations is a major advantage. You will also be achieving and maintaining a high quality of standard with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and comfortable meeting existing and new customers with a drive to grow their existing service business contacts. You will also, gather customer feedback and work with product management and R&D in elaborating and defining improved functionalities and features into product road map. Predominantly this role requires you to be based from head office and you will play an important part in overseeing and managing warehouse and issuing of stock & spare parts.

**About you**
- A Biomedical Engineering background with hands-on troubleshooting and installation experience of Medical Devices within a hospital setting
- Proven leadership in the medical device industry
- Experienced in managing, leading field service technicians
- A commercial mindset with experience or exposure to working in a sales environment
- Ability to analyse and rectify faults on mechanical and digital field systems
- Ability to learn new technologies and products
- Located in Sydney or willingness to relocate
- Strong Emotional intelligence
- Australian Drivers License and working rights
