Grounds and Maintenance Officer

**The role**

Key responsibilities include:

- General gardening, grounds and maintenance work at the park which includes cabins, caravan and camping grounds, amenities, camp kitchen, swimming pool and public areas
- Assisting members and guests with their requests
- Upkeep of the park amenities & pre-arrival site checks
- Maintaining a safe working environment

**About the location**

RAC Exmouth Cape Holiday Park is located in the spectacular Australia's Coral Coast region and is a 13 hour drive north of Perth or a 2 hour flight from Perth. The park is only one kilometre south of Exmouth town centre and is a 10 minute walk away from the beach.

**What We Are Looking For**

- Proven experience in a similar role or have a trade background.
- Basic mechanical and handyperson skills
- A thorough understanding of Workplace Health & Safety procedures
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
- Manual Drivers Licence
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
