The Opportunity

As a Fund Operations Associate at Dexus you will be responsible for co-ordinating responses for due diligence questionnaires and surveys from investors and platforms to meet client reporting deadlines. This includes collating information through internal sources and collaborating with key internal stakeholders.

The role offers the opportunity to shape the future of client and internal reporting and requires an ability to identify reporting requirements, streamline existing processes and coordinate reporting deadlines in a timely manner.

You will make an impact by:

- Researching and collecting information through internal sources and portals; request and collate information / documentation from the business to populate responses for due diligence questionnaires and surveys from investors and internal / external platforms (note: “investors” include unitholders, analysts, investment managers or other parties appointed by the investor to undertake due diligence tasks on behalf of the investor).
- Researching and collecting / requesting and collate information from the business to populate information for key internal reports including Board and CEO reporting, Dexus quarter end, half year and full year results reporting.
- Establishing and maintain a library of key documents to assist in the completion of questionnaires.
- Maintaining and updating an information library for up-to-date response for reporting questionnaires.
- Maintaining a calendar of reporting obligations to ensure all questionnaires and surveys are delivered in line with agreed timelines.
- Formatting documents before submission to investors and platforms.
- Managing availabilities and co-ordinating diaries for due diligence activities for existing and prospective investors.

About You
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Economics, Finance or other Business / Commerce related field.
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar fund operations role or within an accounting, financial services or real asset organisation highly regarded.
- Knowledge and experience working on different consultant / adviser platforms is desirable.
- Advanced competencies in working in Word and Excel.
- Positive attitude, team spirit and demonstrated ability to work with a range of people with diverse personalities and at different levels, internally and externally.
