We believe that the strength and quality of our relationships will always be central to our success and are deeply connected to our purpose: Unlock potential, create tomorrow.**The Opportunity**This is a 12 month contract opportunity to join our Fund Operations team as an Associate, where you will collaborate with the Funds Management and Investor Relations teams to provide exceptional client experiences and efficient support for our Unlisted Funds Management platform. Your expertise will make you a key player in client servicing and operational tasks, ensuring proactive service excellence and a deep understanding of clients, markets, and Dexus products.You will make an impact by;* Liaising with the registry service provider on investor transactions and escalations.* Assisting in managing the platform, dealer groups, and planner network to ensure premier service delivery.* Identifying, recording, and managing client complaints whilst ensuring timely and fair resolutions.* Assisting in developing and distributing key announcements and updates.* Conduct detailed reviews of procedures to identify gaps and implement improvements to mitigate risk.**About You*** Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.* 3-5 years in a similar fund operations role, with knowledge of registry/consultant platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office.* Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, mediation, conflict management, and customer retention skills.* Ability to develop a high-functioning team and work effectively with diverse personalities.* Strong attention to detail, effective time management, initiative, flexibility, adaptability, and discretion in handling sensitive information.The Dexus culture and spirit is what differentiates us.
