**Company**:
Diversified property group which has invested across all real estate asset classes. Has grown the funds management side of its business significantly in recent years and has ambition to continue to grow the funds management platform.

**The Role**:
As the Fund Associate you will report directly to the Fund Manager working on across a number of unlisted real estate funds. Very hands on role covering investors/capital raising, transactions and asset management/development.
- Management of fund performance through management of the fund model.
- Assist the Fund Manager with the analysis, modelling, due diligence and execution of disposals, acquisitions, capital raisings, leasing and associated investor announcements
- Preparing board papers and other collateral for matters requiring Board or IC approval.
- Assist the Fund Manager with the preparation and presentation of internal and external reports and documents
- Work on fund through developments with the Property Development team.
- Assist with the maintenance of leasing deals tracking and leasing analytics / metrics

**The Person**:

- Tertiary qualification in business, property, finance, economics. Further qualifications relevant to financial services will be an advantage, CA or CFA.
- 4-10yrs experience ideally in finance or related experience within investment management or as a Fund Analyst.
- Proven skills in financial modelling and using Excel.
- Experience in some of the following: valuation, investment analysis, presentation preparation, research, underwriting and co-ordination of due-diligence
