What you’ll do

As an important part of the New Business team, you will assist our clients in the on-boarding process with the ultimate objective of maximising our new client’s long-term value to the business. As a New Business Associate, you will be responsible for converting leads to new accounts up to the point of funding. This means you will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process including:
- The conversion of prospective clients into accounts-
- Helping prospects with any queries about our products- Explaining products and procedures- Leveraged clients first funding

- Excellent communication skills, particularly on the phone- The ability to meet and exceed sales and performance targets- The ability to work effectively under pressure- Flexibility in approach and ability to tailor this to the client you are engaging with- Your ability to establish rapport with people of all status and background- The ability to work well within a team- The patience and skill to explain products and procedures- Knowledge of our trading platforms and trading products or some understanding and desire to learn more of this.

Where you’ll work

As part of our hybrid working environment, you’ll split your time between home and the office but will require on average 2 days a week in the office to collaborate with colleagues and the wider Teams.

Come to work in a comfortable, state-of-the-art office containing all the things you need to succeed. Each of us works from laptops, at agile, ergonomic workstations designed to support our roles. Our spacious, open-plan offices provide a modern, dynamic setting for you to excel. While you’ll be based in our Melbourne office, you will be working with our teams in Bengaluru, Krakow and Chicago.
