**Customer Service/ Call Center Representative**
**Responsibilities**:
- Making phone calls for our customers
- Handling inbound calls and solving inquiries
Experience and Skills:
- A very professional manner and a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Minimum 12 months experience working within the customer service space, preferably within a call center
- Background in internation trading, finance, psychology or IT is most preferable.
- Speaking English as a native language or a major working language
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory
Work type: Full time / Part time
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
