My client is seeking a Finance Shared Service Representative to join the growing Cash Reconciliation Management team at their Sydney office. The role will manage key operational and transactional accounting activities and provide insights and recommendations for initiatives to drive improvements in service delivery.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Maintaining high-quality business process mapping and work instructions.
- Acting as SME and providing insights and recommendations for initiatives to drive improvements in service delivery.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service to - and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the Shared Services Manager and Team Leader in developing strategies to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
- Executing key activities including results validations and data integrity.
- Assisting the Team Leader with prioritisation to ensure KPI achievement including customer service levels.
- Managing customer relationships including communication, business awareness, and training support.
- Reviewing and updating process documentation.
- Supporting and participating in systems and operational improvement projects.

**To be considered you will have and be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Qualifications in Business, Finance or Commerce
- Experience in Finance Shared Services processes and systems (mandatory)
- An understanding of revenue, expenses and settlements (desired)
- Experience in cash management and reconciliations (using SAP is preferred)
- Attributes including an agile mindset focussed on delivery and business outcomes.
- Solid relationship management and business partnering ability.
