Car Sharing Customer Support RepresentativeWe are growing our team in Australia and looking for a skilled Car Sharing Customer Support Representative to join us.As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will be the main point of contact for our users in Australia on weekdays and weekends.You will primarily be responsible for communicating with hosts and guests and providing top-quality customer support for our business. Your role will comprise many activities, including monitoring and fixing reservations, providing excellent customer service to our users, assisting customers with bookings, and troubleshooting issues.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer service experience, be fluent in English, and possess strong oral and written communication skills. You will also be able to handle conflicts and high-stress situations with ease.

**Job Description:**

As a Car Sharing Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our users receive the highest quality of service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Communicating with hosts and guests through various channels (phone, email, chat) to resolve their queries and concerns

- Monitoring and modifying reservations to ensure a seamless experience for our users

- Providing top-quality customer service to our users, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely manner

- Assisting customers with bookings, cancellations, and other related matters

- Troubleshooting issues and escalating complex cases to senior representatives when necessary

**Requirements:**

To succeed as a Car Sharing Customer Support Representative, you must have:

- 2+ years of customer service experience

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

- Fluency in English
