**Our client helps B2B and B2C buy better energy, solar, insurance and loans. They are now looking for their next Commercial Team Leader for the C&I | AE team.**

**The Role**:
You'll be responsible for the day to day leadership of the C&I team. You'll set individual sales targets to achieve team & organisational sales objectives. You'll be incentivising the team to hit targets as well as monitoring performance and using expert coaching skills to onboard and
- train best sales practices.

- **Requirements For This Role**:

- A minimum of 1 years sales management, for a closing sales team. In a B2B environment.
Minimum of 3 years experience in opening and closing sales
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Ideally experience in the engery/Solar/utilities/SaaS or similar industry
