**The Role**

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Settlements Officer to support our post-trade operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate settlement of OTC and crypto trades, maintaining clean data across systems, and collaborating with key teams such as treasury, compliance, and risk. If you’re organised, data-savvy, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and manage trade data for OTC and crypto transactions
- Reconcile trade, banking, and client account information across systems
- Identify and resolve mismatches or reconciliation breaks
- Track liquidity and validate trades against internal risk rules
- Recommend improvements to settlement processes and internal controls
- Maintain digital records of trades, reconciliations, and client instructions
- Update and manage internal SOPs and process documentation
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on settlement and operational performance
- Analyse data to support decision-making and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with compliance, treasury, and risk teams to support operations

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in crypto settlements and operations, handling both traditional and digital assets.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage and reconcile large volumes of data across multiple systems
- Confident working independently and across teams in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and internal controls

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
