**The Role**:
A DigiRen Principal - Cloud Product Consultant is an experienced technology product management leader who can advise and coach customer teams to transition to a cloud platform services product model. This role plays a critical role in helping customers build Cloud Business Office & Cloud Platform Engineering teams, and help the customer adopt a “product management” approach to their cloud platform. As a DigiRen Principal - Cloud Product Consultant, you will join an inclusive and welcoming team of Cloud leaders who are among the best in the business.
We are looking for:
- Experienced technology professionals who have extensive (5+ years) experience working on hyperscale cloud projects, either facilitating mass migrations or building new cloud capabilities and operating models.
- Cloud specialists who have helped customers/organisations adopt cloud, from the initial plan and build stage, through to managing the lifecycles of scaling cloud usage and the process of maturing organisational cloud capabilities. Specifically, this will include developing comprehensive internal Cloud roadmaps and consumer experience journeys to support a wide range of stakeholders and use cases.

- Passionate advocates of Cloud technologies looking to further their experience on significant enterprise transformation projects.

**Position Responsibilities**:
As a Principal - Cloud Product Consultant, you will:
- Deliver internal Cloud product management capabilities for our enterprise customers as part of a team that you will manage and direct.
- Play a critical role in helping customers define and build new organisational capabilities (CBO & CPE), adopt new ways of working, and approach cloud as a “product” within their organisation.
- Engage deeply with technology, consumer and supplier team leaders to build and direct the features they need to get the most value from the Cloud. This role will also typically determine training, change and other consumer experience activities.
- Be a recognised thought leader in hyperscale Cloud platform operations.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated (5+ years) success in defining and building cloud capabilities (CCOE, CBO, CPE) in large commercial and or public sector organisations, and aligning these capabilities to strategic programs and the achievement of strategic outcomes.
- Advanced communication skills and presence, with a high degree of comfort speaking with Executives, IT Management, Developers, and business leaders.
- Customer facing experience driving discussions with senior customer stakeholders regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated experience with technology roadmap development, socialization, approval, and understanding of upskilling and enabling organisational change.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals and/or Google Cloud Foundational certifications or equivalent knowledge preferred.
