Cleared are currently supporting agencies within the national intelligence space, who are looking to engage TSPV resources for long term contract positions in Canberra.

JP2289 is a rapidly growing 6-year project within ASD to build and uplift ASD systems and support organisation elements for the introduction of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities, communities and tactical users into the information environment. Project activities include expanding the existing network, computing systems, complex gateway services, cloud services, mission services, data management services, and deployable systems. JP2289 is executing a highly innovative delivery strategy enabling multi-classification working and a partnership between the ASD and Defence enterprises. To facilitate project outcomes, ASD has a requirement for a Cloud Strategist. The JP2289 Cloud Strategist will be responsible for developing cloud-centric strategies on behalf of ASD that meet the specific needs of a portfolio of ADF ISR integrating projects. They will work closely with the ASD Top Secret Commercial Cloud Program, which aims to bring commercial hyper scale cloud capabilities to the NIC. The JP2289 Cloud Strategist will have extensive experience in cloud computing technologies, excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex problems to senior leaders and decision makers, and a proven track record of delivering successful cloud solutions. They will directly contribute to project and program planning, governance and approval processes involving a broad range of Defence projects and stakeholders, leading strategy development to reach successful outcomes.

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Demonstrated executive, strategic or project management competencies.
- Experience with hyper-scale commercial cloud business models and consumption in an enterprise environment
- Demonstrated experience of the One Defence Capability System.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of cloud related activities within ASD related to the ISR enterprise to ensure program alignment to support the achievement of Defence and ASD Strategic Objectives.
- Engage with internal ASD and external ISR Programs and projects to develop and review, advise and/or report on cost models, schedules, capability development artefacts and user feedback. Develop ASD capability roadmaps, models, strategies and plans considering ISR capabilities.
- Manage stakeholder groups focused on organisational business outcomes.
- Monitor industry products, to include industry engagement, to gain knowledge and understanding of currently emerging cloud technologies.
- Escalate issues and seek advice from executive management in a timely manager, supporting other tasks as required.

Due to the nature of the work, you will need to hold a current or inactive TSPV Clearance. This is non-negotiable. Canberra based, with limited travel required within Australia.
