**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the team with general administration tasks
- Manage office supplies and maintenance
- Execute social media releases across all channels as directed
- Creating, curating and sharing memorable events
- Maintain general office organisation and presentation including meeting rooms and ensuring clean-up of kitchen
- Managing all bookings for the office, couriers and travel
- Purchasing and managing accounts for all consumables and services - such as stationery, water, and post - and ensuring all are in stock at all times
- Ensuring all facilities are in working order, such as catering equipment and utilities
- Managing health and safety within the office
- Work within the team to develop culture in alignment with the business strategy
- Assisting teams with expenses and timesheets as and when required
- Support the Directors as required
- Manage diary of Directors from time to time
- Welcome guests and other visitors, answer the phone, respond to telephone calls promptly and accurately
- Maintain the overall office appearance and impressions
- Book events, catering and hospitality, accommodation and transport
- Coordinating and delivering office events such as CPDs, Friday drinks and so on
- Assisting with arrangements for any external events

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Open, flexible and self-motivating work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant
