**About the Contract**

Our Learning and Development team works across the bank to deliver fit for purpose learning, development, and coaching. We support leaders and team members to drive our business priorities, all aligned to our purpose.

As a
**Learning Content Designer (6 Month Contract)**, you will be an important part of the L&D team. You will develop, deliver, and improve our learning programs. If you love variety this is the role for you, with the opportunity to work across various divisions and several interesting projects. This role will be instrumental in helping Great Southern Bank build digitally enabled learning.

Your responsibilities include
- Scope, design and refine learning programs and materials.
- Look for ways to improve and simply our learning programs.
- Use technology and contemporary learning philosophies to shape our learning experiences.
- Design and build new learning including rapid eLearning, on the job activities, face to face learning, digital courses, instructional manuals, video tutorials and learning simulations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to build new and refine existing learning materials.
- Research, recommend and implement innovative methods of delivery.
- Finally, track the effectiveness of learning through statistics and team member feedback.

**A little bit about you**
- Current experience in a related learning and development role
- Experience in using rapid eLearning and video production tools (e.g., Articulate 360 and Camtasia)
- Previous experience in banking, insurance or financial services would be highly desirable
- Basic HTML knowledge would be beneficial but not essential
