**About the role:
In this role you will play a critical role in delivering the best profitability and supply outcome’s to all Greenstock customer channels including optimising supplementary demand to best service the total channel demand.

This role will also see you:

- Optimise carcass recovery to profitably supply the required demand for the channels
- Reconcile and communicate necessary changes to deliver an efficient analytics system to best assist in optimising the carcass return.
- Work closely with analytics and the demand planning team to ensure data inputs are correct.
- Leverage industry relationships to negotiate best supplementary supply for the business to service the channel demand over and above Greenstock’s own integrated meat supply.
- Manage Pricing Negotiations with Vendors whilst analysing & reporting on Market Trends to ensure the business is getting the best return in line with market

**A bit about you:
You are a critical thinker and a strong communicator with previous experience in a buying, commercial or replenishment function.

Ideally you will also require;
- Experience within meat processing and or meat production planning would be preferable.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated skills in matrix management, influencing, and collaboration.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Strong computer competencies with productions and inventory systems is necessary; MS Office, Google documents, SAP.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and to strict deadlines is necessary to be successful in the role
