**What you can achieve with us**
- You will be the **technical contact person** for our own products and thus an integral part of our value chain
- As an **important link** between developers, customers, and partners you hold all the strings in your hands
- In addition, you will support your team with the **provisioning of our products** in customer environments and the **last-level support** for customers
- As a key to the happiness of our customers, you will perform **troubleshooting, identify, and reproduce bugs**, devise solutions together with our engineering team and perform testing of new features and bugfixes
- You will **create technical documentation** and train our customers and partners in technical workshops for our innovative solutions

**How you fit best to us**
- You have already gained a lot of **experience as engineer** in one of the following areas: network authentication, public key infrastructure, windows client management
- You also have foundational knowledge in the **Microsoft infrastructure and cloud ecosystems** including Windows, M365, Intune/Endpoint Manager and Azure AD
- A basic **understanding of networking protocols** such as UDP, TCP, and HTTP(s) as well as client-server communication via TLS is part of your skill set
- It’s a plus if you have already worked with **network appliances/firewalls**
