St Michael’s Grammar School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior School Teacher. This is a full-time, 12-month, fixed-term opportunity, commencing Semester 1, 2026.

This role is focused on delivering effective teaching, learning, and caring programs in the Junior School. We are looking for an educator who is:

**Key Requirements**

The successful applicant will:

- Be a qualified Junior School Teacher with current VIT registration
- Be willing to engage in all aspects of the School’s program
- Have experience in implementing inquiry-based learning principles, to support student engagement and development of critical and creative thinking
- Have experience with evidence-based programs in literacy and numeracy
- Be confident working with students with additional learning needs
- Demonstrate strong communication and curriculum differentiation skills
