**About the role**

We’re looking for a **Marketing Specialist** to support **Orica Digital Solutions** in delivering impactful marketing communications for our products and services. You’ll help develop global value propositions, coordinate marketing channels, and ensure high-quality promotional materials reach our audience.

This role offers an opportunity to work across digital marketing, content creation, and strategic communications, making a meaningful contribution to our brand and business growth.

This position is based at our **Kurri Kurri Technical Centre** and works Monday to Friday with flexible work arrangements in place.

**What you will be doing**
- **Marketing Communications**: Develop and optimize communication and promotional materials in line with global category strategies.
- **Digital & Content Management**: Maintain digital marketing assets across platforms, ensuring seamless website and intranet content updates.
- **Campaign Execution**: Plan and execute marketing activities across media and events, supporting the rollout of product and service initiatives.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Engage with internal teams and external suppliers to coordinate marketing efforts across Orica’s global communications network.
- **Process & Procurement Support**: Assist in supplier purchase requisitions and ensure marketing efforts align with business strategies.

**What you will bring**
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing communications with measurable results.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience in industrial/B2B marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms.
