We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic environment, developing their career within a successful engineering organization.

The Structural Mechanical Piping Project Coordinator will oversee and manage projects to ensure delivery meets quality and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project managers with technical requirements for compliant project delivery
  • Critically review client project drawings and specifications to develop project deliverables
  • Develop installation documents with project managers and supervisors to ensure clear construction requirements
  • Develop installation methodologies for fabrication, yard assembly, and modular transport
  • Collaborate with client engineering teams and suppliers to ensure project specification compliance
  • Deliver subcontract shop drawing development, model constructability reviews, and client RFI management
  • Review and maintain project risk registers with project managers to identify construction or installation risks
  • Monitor job progress, provide feedback to production teams, and promote a positive safety culture
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a related industry
  • Site experience in an industrial environment
  • Understanding of trades and disciplines involved in site operations
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Experience managing construction projects, particularly in site services
  • Ability to interpret steel fabrication drawings and symbols
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and understanding of industry safety requirements
