Based out of our purpose-built facilities in Salisbury, we are seeking an experienced
**Course Advisor **to help expand the Everthought through Recognition of Prior Learning throughout Australia. Our new Course Advisor will have an enthusiastic approach and be passionate about building long lasting relationships with our industry partners.

**As a Course Advisor, what will your day-to-day look like?**
You will be a key member in our sales team, you will focus on providing quality information to experienced tradespeople (currently with a strong building and construction focus), and completing the enrolment process in the appropriate qualification.

The Course Advisor will:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry experts
- Recruit genuine students with the intention to complete a qualification through Recognition of Prior Learning with Everthought
- You will be required to promote the Everthought Education product portfolio through a variety of sales and marketing activities focused on achieving enrolment targets
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team
- Identify and accelerate revenue growth
- Respond to all new leads and accelerate revenue.

Your background will include:

- Demonstrated success within an inbound and outbound (warm and cold) sales environment
- Skilled in fee-for-service environments where payments are made and taken over the phone
- Experience within the training industry is desirable, but not essential
- Experience within the Building and Construction industry desirable, but not essential
- You will be able to demonstrate past success in driving successful sales outcomes
- You will bring energy, enthusiasm and drive to our team environment
