- We are currently looking for two AR Contact Centre and Prepayments Operators to join our friendly team in Sydney. These new roles will provide operational support to the AR Contact Centre & Prepayments teams both in Australia and Philippines.

**What You Will Be Doing**
**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage escalations and provide actionable solutions to enhance satisfaction
- Inbound mail correspondence including printing & posting of invoice/receipt requests
- Outbound contact liaising with patient & health funds
- Phone call monitoring and auditing (calibration with offshore team)
- Assisting with coaching & training with offshore team
- Assisting in KPI management
- Support Offshore teams by providing documents request forms on demand
- Assist in write-off processes.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives/automation and project work where necessary

**What Type of Person Will Be Successful**

**These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess**:

- Ideally twelve months experience in a similar role dealing with customer complaints and escalations
- Client or stakeholder management experience
- Knowledge of the accounts receivable processes and basic accounting principles
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
- Capability to deliver professional customer service in all interactions.
