We are looking for commerce graduate with prior experience in B2B collections, Accounts Receivable. Should have knowledge of OTC cycle/AR and SAP exposure.

**Primary Purpose of Role**
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to Order to Cash
- Ability to be trained in processes and perform user acceptance testing
- Support Go live work and meet the project deadlines
- Perform test scripts and timely submission of reports.
- Perform operations at go live during stabilisation
- Working with the Credit Manager to ensure both contractual and operational Key Performance Indicators are met
- Responsible for Order Management, Credit Management, Customer invoicing, Payment collections in B2B business environment
- Working as representative for all AR Helpdesk related issues raised by the customer.
- Developing good customer relationships;
- Actively seeking opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives in cooperation with Credit Manager.

- Review hold orders and action accordingly
- Strong problem solving, analytical and project execution skills
- Prepare Reconciliation for Process issues
- Prioritize workload in accordance with pre-established Service Level Agreements.
- Accurate and timely processing of all Product setup requests.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum qualifications**
- Any Graduate
- Relevant work experience

**Required Knowledge & skills**
- Knowledge of Account receivable.
- Knowledge of Account reconciliation.
- SAP/ Dynamics knowledge
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Knowledge of Ageing/ Outstanding
- Eye for details/Problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), able to prioritize and open to be flexible with work environment.
- Comfortable working with targets

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $400.00 - $500.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
